10 tricks to keep your skin hydrated

1. Maintain daily facial hygiene

Cleaning our face is very important to keep our skin soft and fresh . In addition, our skin needs to breathe so every night before bed, we take away the makeup and release our pores. We recommend that you use cold water for cleaning and will close the pores and help hydration , to the contrary than hot water that dries the skin. If you have sensitive skin and suffer redness with water, you can do the cleaning with mild products such as micellar water .

When you finish, try to dry your face very carefully. Grab a soft towel and dry your face without roughly rubbing the towel. Once you have removed the moisture, let it air dry and finally, spray your skin with Thermal Water Spray .

2. Exfoliate your face at least once a week

The skin regenerates every day, removing dead cells from our skin. Exfoliation is a beauty ritual that should not be missing in our beauty routines as it will make our skin look more rejuvenated, smooth and shiny.

For this you can use a facial gel , such as the Eau thermale Avène Smooth Exfoliating Gel , which contains small particles to drag out dead cells, or you can even opt for new devices such as brushes with rotors that thoroughly clean the skin. If you have sensitive skin, don’t forget to ask your dermatologist how to do the exfoliation.

3. Be careful with facial injuries!

When we look in the mirror and we see some annoying granite or black point, we try to extract them and finish them immediately but we make a big mistake. We must take special care and avoid facial injuries as they will inflame our face and, later, marks will appear on our skin.

4. Relax and rest

Believe it or not, sleeping is the secret of many women to have perfect skin . When we are sleeping and resting, our skin regenerates its tissues and cells. If we have a bad rest or do not sleep the necessary hours, the skin does not have enough time to renew itself and it will take on an aging aspect at a much faster rate. Therefore, we must sleep well and at least 6 hours each day.
